  Pretty dissapointing, this is the 2nd time I've been to Bunnings & asked advice about a specific tool & not been able to get any. I guess that's the disadvantage of employing young people to keep costs down

  Was pretty disappointed with the on and off service here. As usual if you know what your after then its easy to get in and out with what you need at a good price. When you need more information on a product your left helpless. Always ask for help at the front desk, they call someone but then they never come, last time i was here the information desk called someone to come help, waited patiently for 20min and never saw one person, asked again and they said the person was on their way. Again waited a short time before i lost my patience and just left. I know it's not entirely the staffs fault but sometimes its beyond a joke.

  Actually located in Littlehampton. We have been there many times and have yet to find someone who either doesn't know what they are talking about or isn't incredibly friendly and helpful. You can literally ask about any product they sell and the person will either happily help you themselves or go and find someone who can. One of the friendliest places I have been in, which is just as well because I know nothing about handyman stuff! Cannot recommend them enough!
